How to Rent a Dumpster – Step by Step

1) Choose your dumpster size

We offer four dumpster sizes to handle any project:
•  14 yard – Small clean-outs, large land clearing debris, minor remodels
•  20 yard – Kitchen/bath renovations, medium cleanouts
•  30 yard – Larger remodels, bulky furniture, bigger projects, land clearing debris, whole-house cleanouts
•  40 yard – Major construction, demolition, whole-house and yard clean-outs

2) Tell us what you’re getting rid of

To provide an accurate quote, we’ll need to know the type of material you’re loading:
•  Household junk & furniture
•  Construction debris (wood, drywall, roofing, etc.)
•  Land Clearing Debris
•  Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, brick, asphalt)
•  Mixed loads

Some items (like tires, paint, propane tanks, or hazardous waste) may not be accepted or may require special handling. We’ll guide you through what’s allowed.

3) Get a clear quote

Call us or fill out our online form with:
•  Dumpster size you think you need
•  Type of material being disposed of
•  Delivery address & ZIP code
•  Preferred delivery and pickup dates
We’ll send you upfront pricing — including delivery, pickup, and disposal. No hidden surprises.

4) Schedule your delivery

Once you’re ready, we’ll schedule your dumpster drop-off. Please make sure the drop spot is clear and accessible (driveway or job site).
•  Watch for low wires, gates, or parked cars
•  Plywood under the dumpster is recommended to protect driveways
•  Street placement may require a permit — we can help check

5) Fill it up

•  Break down bulky items to maximize space
•  Distribute heavy debris evenly and place the heaviest items farthest from the opening, so lighter items go on top and near the door.
•  Keep materials below the fill line — overfilled dumpsters can’t be hauled away
•  Stick to approved materials to avoid extra fees

6) Pickup & disposal

Call or email us when you’re ready for pickup. We handle disposal or recycling and weigh the load when necessary. Any extra charges (overweight, prohibited items, overfill, or special items) are explained on your final invoice.
